Refund Policy

• Initial Consultation: If you cancel your design project within 24 hours of the initial consultation, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Design Phase: Once the design phase has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. A detailed breakdown of the work completed and the corresponding refund amount will be provided upon request.
• Final Design Approval: No refunds will be issued once the final design has been approved by the client.

• Pre-Construction Phase: If you cancel your construction project before the commencement of construction, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the expenses incurred by Concept Builders up to that point.
• Construction Phase: Once construction has begun, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed, materials purchased, and any other relevant factors.
• Post-Construction: No refunds will be issued for completed construction projects.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@conceptbuilders.co.ke with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Concept Builders reserves the right to deny a refund if:

• The request violates the terms and conditions of our service agreement.
• There is evidence of misuse or abuse of our services.
• The request is made after the specified refund periods outlined above.
